I developed my affinity for taxes while studying for my Bachelor's in Accounting. I have learned from my many experiences such as the training provided by H & R Block and most through working at a CPA firm.

Through my progression I have noticed a disturbing trend by the more well known tax preparation services towards the "mill" mentality. This move towards increased profits and the resulting decline in customer service has motivated me to establish this service where it is my goal for each and every customer to feel their questions were answered, to fully understand their tax position and what strategies can be used for the future, and most importantly that their needs came first and they were not rushed through the process as quickly as possible. I believe the key to success is providing better customer service.
