February 2nd: 2008 W-2,W-2G must be furnished to employees. 1098 and 1099 Series must be provided. |
| March 2009 |
March 16: 1120 Series Due - Income tax return for corporations. 2553 - S Corp election. Last day for filing. |
| April 2009 |
April 15: 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ and 4868 Due - Individual Income Tax Return and the last day to obtain an extension. 1065 - Partnership returns Due. Last day to obtain an extension. |

September 15: 1065 and 1120 Series with extensions due. |

October 15: 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, and 1065 Due - Individual and Partneship returns with extension due. |
